Tom holds qualifications in Planning and Business which has led to commercially focused solutions across a wide range of sectors including Property, Infrastructure, Environment, Health, and Education. Over nearly 20 years, Tom has developed strong relationships within both Government and industry built upon mutual respect, and a track record in project delivery and successful approvals.
As a Project Director, Tom regularly co-ordinates multi-discipline project teams in urban and regional environments, drawing on his planning and business background and utilising skills in stakeholder management and strategy.
Tom has represented a range of public and private clients at Planning Panel, and has held senior planning roles at Urbis Pty Ltd, Boroondara Council, and Murrindindi Shire Council here in Victoria. Prior to joining PLC, Tom held the position as Director within Meinhardt’s Victorian business and was the State Manager for the Victorian office. Tom was also active on Meinhardt’s Australian Board of Management.
